Pam Dunleavy given the first Jim Putt Award
Aires in Pittsburgh, USA, has announced that Pam Dunleavy, Aires Vice President of Sales & Marketing, has become the first recipient of the Jim Putt Award. The award, named after the company’s founder, recognises individuals who embody his values of selflessness and commitment to helping others.

She is a dedicated leader who goes above and beyond to ensure her team members achieve success. Pam truly has the ‘Aires DNA’, displayed through her empathy, drive to serve, and ability to inspire those around her.
According to some of those who nominated her for the award said her qualities included; hard work, care for colleagues, selflessness, and the ability to inspire passion and motivation in others.
